Note that all the delivery dates and estimates are counted from the time your order leaves our premises. We aim to fulfil your order within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure the most timely delivery of your purchases, but because we do not control all parts of the delivery chain we are unable to guarantee that your order will always reach you at the estimated time, and thus delivery to some parts of the world may experience slight delays. Deliveries to areas outside major cities may experience delays, as will deliveries during public holidays.
UPS deliveries take place between 9am and 4pm Mondays to Fridays. For security reasons, we recommend that you be available at your premises to receive your order on the day of scheduled delivery.
CUSTOM AND TAXES
Individual countries have various laws for importation of medicines, therefore it is your responsibility to check your country's legislation for any items prohibited by any law, regulation or statute of any country or state to, or through which the items may be shipped.
Black Current will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs. From time to time shipments are held by customs and subject to inspection fees – Black Current is not liable for these fees.
If for any reason your International order is not allowed into your country and Customs returns it to us, then once we have received the parcel, we will refund your order - not including the original shipping fee. The parcel must be back at our premises physically before your order will be refunded. Our Customer Services team will contact you when it has arrived back safely.
Black Current will only accept returns for the faulty product. Please contact us first to see if we can resolve your issue and, where appropriate, to receive your special Return Code. We will not accept returns that do not have a valid Return Code. Please ensure that returned product is packaged so that they arrive in "as new" condition.
Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.
Please also note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance. If you are returning because an item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is non-refundable and you may be asked to pay the re-shipping fee.
Before returning any goods for a refund please contact our Customer Service Team to see if the matter can be resolved. This may save you unnecessary shipping costs. You will be given a special Return Code prior to sending the goods back. Returns will not be accepted without the Return Code.
Please ensure that you enclose your proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip) and returns number with your return.
Please ensure that all goods are wrapped securely and appropriately and arrive at us undamaged. Goods that are unable to be resold will not be exchanged.
